Bangkok Layover Package

Although we have a great layover guide to Bangkok here, we’ve recently come across a great layover package offered by The Metropolitan Hotel in Bangkok.

According to Global Traveler:

The Metropolitan Hotel in Bangkok has a new package for travelers passing through Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) with a long layover. The Touchdown at the Met package includes round-trip transfers between airport and hotel, use of a room for up to eight hours, access to the hotel’s gym, pool and steam room, a one-hour massage, and a three-course meal, for $200 single, $150 per person double.

Highlights include a one-day city tour, two complimentary Martinis, tickets to Muai Thai Boxing or a hands-on Thai cookery class. To fend off any jet lag, choose from a Thai or COMO Shambhala massage for two. The package also includes breakfast, which can be savoured at Cy’an or Glow.
